Make them realize that you care and care about what they want and need. Desire: They are already interested in a specific product or service. Now that you've given them specific information about what they're looking for, they've found a product or service that might fit what they're looking for. Invite them to inquire through email marketing or a call to action. At this point, provide more information about the product or service you are interested in. Show them exactly why they need it and how it will benefit them. Action: Take the next step in the purchase.
