This is what the UNESPA report on “Property mishaps in Spain” indicates during 2022. In total, there were 75,837 domestic accidents due to fire. The Barcelona court of first instance convicted the tenant, who took the case to the city's Provincial Court, but the verdict was no different. He had been responsible for the fire, and he should be responsible for the damage .
