Sareb launches a tender of 4.8 million to hire specialists in foreclosures

The Company for the Management of Assets Arising from Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has launched a tender for an estimated value of 4.8 million euros to hire specialists in mortgage foreclosures, according to the information collected on the Sector's Contracting Platform. Public.

The contract is made up of two lots whose objective is, in both cases, the control and monitoring of the recovery procedures for loans from real estate developers, whether requested by Sareb or by third parties linked to this type of procedures, which may be the entities with which that society shares the debt. They must also be in charge of the previous phase of document preparation for the judicialization of files.

In the document of administrative clauses, Sareb Phone Lead explains that, taking into account its internal structure and the initial definition of the SMO contract (Simplification of the Operating Model), where these tasks are not included, it is "necessary" to cover this part of the operating model.

It is worth remembering that this SMO contract was awarded last year by Sareb to the servicers Hipoges and Anticipa-Aliseda who, in this way, began to manage and market company assets destined for sale for an approximate value of 25.3 billion euros.



In this way , it is looking for one or two new 'servicers' to help "reduce time, improve the conditions of the judicial claim process for financial assets and their conversion into real estate assets, as well as maximize the recoverability of debtors' solvency, guarantors, etc.

As criteria for technical-professional solvency, Sareb has established that the successful bidder or bidders must have a person in charge with a minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in recovery procedural management , as well as two people in charge, one for each of the parties (legal support). and document preparation) who must have a minimum of seven years' experience in managing the tasks related to each of said blocks.

The base tender budget is 3.09 million euros, although it rises to 4.88 million by including the two possible 12-month extensions that are contemplated, although the second will last until November 28, 2027.
