A-Wing will enter its fifth term in February next year. Over the last five years, I feel like I've grown steadily. Not high speed, but  at our own pace. Each staff member working at A-Wing has a professional face. I don't give specific guidance on staff roles. They act according to each experience and what I want. I talk about my dreams, wishing that the deliverables to customers would be like this. Then everyone will make it concrete. We need people who talk about dreams, and we need people who make dreams come true.
